Camtech Systems had developed a specialist expertise in supplying rugged, tablet PCs for demanding environments, such as manufacturing, engineering and infrastructure projects. They needed to build a reputation for helping clients secure the right technology for their workforce. Previous efforts to do so through advertising had proven very expensive and ineffective.
Smart Brand Thinking
Going through the Marketing Transformation Programme helped define the market position and messaging that would be most appealing to Camtech’s customers and prospects. We created a new brand image for Camtech, including strapline and logo. This was supported by an overhaul of the website to include online video and customer chat and development of a new customer relations system with effective segmentation.
Camtech has hit its ambitious financial targets and been able to recruit an in-house marketing person to help build on the outcomes of the Marketing Transformation Programme. The process has established clarity in the way forward and confidence that its marketing budget is not being thrown down the drain.
