A small charity with a limited budget, looking to grow support. This delightful organic garden had the potential to be a fabulous resource for local people, yet few were aware of its existence. Or if they were, they thought it was only open to invited groups, work parties and volunteers.
Smart Brand Thinking
Make the garden a cherished part of the local community. Create a friendly and engaging new image to increase awareness, change perceptions and attract younger people and families. We worked with staff and trustees to refine understanding of the garden’s needs, culture and ambitions.
Development of a brand model and creative brief shaped a new logo, website, promotional literature and signage. By securing local sponsorship and running a direct mail and press campaign, we ensured a successful relaunch.
Visitor numbers have increased significantly and the profile of people coming has changed.
